Female with AIS Diagnosed at 12 Years

Patient
This 12-year-old girl was diagnosed with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS) after noticing waist asymmetry and experiencing mild lower back pain.
Treatment
Alice began treatment immediately, wearing a custom Gensingen Brace and following a structured exercise plan designed to support spinal correction and balance. She has been dedicated to her programme from day one and is now in the final phase of part-time brace wear after two years of consistent treatment.
Outcome
Her Cobb angle has reduced significantly, and her posture is now symmetrical, demonstrating excellent correction and stability through adherence to her treatment plan.
